Pharmacist Duties & Responsibilities:

Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness. Dispense prescription medications in accordance with state and federal regulations. Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and drug interactions. Monitor medication therapy and recommend adjustments when appropriate. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize patient care. Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and facility policies. Maintain accurate medication records and documentation. Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff as needed. Manage medication inventory, storage, and controlled substances. Promote patient safety through medication management and clinical interventions . Minimum Qualifications Must hold a current and valid California Pharmacist License.
