Job Description
Compounding Pharmacist A&O Compounding Pharmacy Our pharmacy is expanding, and we're looking for a skilled Compounding Pharmacist who's passionate about personalized medicine and exceptional patient care. If you thrive in a detail‑oriented environment and enjoy creating customized solutions that truly make a difference, this role is for you. What You'll Do
- Prepare high‑quality compounded medications (sterile and/ non‑sterile )
- Ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with USP standards
- Collaborate with prescribers to develop individualized therapies
- Oversee compounding technicians and maintain workflow efficiency
- Maintain meticulous documentation and quality control
- Provide patient counseling What We're Looking For
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing
- Prior compounding experience preferred (we're open to training the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
