Job Description
Description Pharmacist Requirements This position is for an EPIC conversion. Candidates must have EPIC and Cerner experience within the last 5 years and have worked as an employee of an organization / successfully completed a contract. Each work history entry must list the charting system used. If multiple EMR systems are listed on one job, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used. No RTO is allowed. The listed start date is firm. Rotating Shift 4 x 10s, must pass IV training Must be familiar with pediatric and neonatal age groups. These are high risk age groups that would require age specific awareness, if not competence. Auto Offer, EPIC Backfill. Must have current Epic experience. HL01
