Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Inpatient / Clinical Pharmacist to join respected hospital teams throughout Northern California . Contract roles offer a great mix of clinical and operational duties in a supportive inpatient environment.

8-hour shifts; 10-hour shifts; 7on/7off shifts (depending on hospital operations)Setting:
Inpatient Hospital Responsibilities:
- Order verification and medication review
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
- Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Active California Pharmacist license
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience
- Familiar with EPIC / Cerner / MediTech and Pyxis / Omnicell systems
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Compensation for travel positions range from $62.
