We value clinical excellence, teamwork, and excellent customer service. Position Summary We are hiring a full-time pharmacist to join our team. Candidates must not have already applied to this posting. New graduates are welcome; experienced pharmacists are encouraged to apply. Compensation- New graduates: willing to start at $65.00 per hour.
- Experienced pharmacists: starting salary $68.00 per hour.
- Hourly range: $65.00
- 85.00 per hour (based on experience and responsibilities). Key Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription medications and counsel patients.
- Perform medication therapy management and patient education.
- Administer immunizations and health screenings as certified.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff; assist with workflow and inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with prescribers, insurance companies, and patients.
- Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives. Requirements
- PharmD or equivalent degree.
- Current and active pharmacist license in this state (or ability to become licensed before start).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including occasional weekends or evenings as needed.

- Prior independent/community pharmacy experience.
- Immunization certification and basic life support (BLS) certification. Benefits
