Per Diem Responsibilities:
Perform standard retail pharmacy tasks, including dispensing medications accurately and counseling patients. Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure compliance with protocols and enhance workflow efficiency. Collaborate effectively within a clinic environment serving a diverse and vulnerable patient demographic. Utilize New Leaf pharmacy system for prescription processing and inventory management.

Recent experience working in a retail pharmacy setting. Ability to work with patience, empathy, and an open mind when serving vulnerable and diverse patient groups. Strong communication and organizational skills to manage daily pharmacy operations and team supervision.
