In this vital role, you will oversee medication dispensing, provide expert pharmaceutical advice, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend clinical knowledge with retail operations, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Duties Dispense prescription medications accurately while verifying dosage, interactions, and contraindications Provide professional consultation to patients on medication use, side effects, and health management strategies Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting product demos, and merchandising to optimize product visibility and accessibility Handle cash transactions through POS systems, perform cash handling duties, and ensure proper cashiering procedures are followed Assist customers with retail sales, upselling health products, and answering inquiries via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette Conduct product demos and educate customers on over-the-counter items to promote health awareness and sales growth Skills Extensive knowledge of pharmacy operations, including POS systems and retail math calculations Proven supervising experience in a retail or pharmacy environment with strong leadership skills Excellent communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette for customer interactions Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining trust and professionalism We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and are willing to work reduced hours to offer more flexibility.
