This 13+ week contract offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative healthcare team in a fast-paced acute care setting, providing clinical pharmacy .Join a leading 500-bed hospital as an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist. This 13+ week contract offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative healthcare team in a fast-paced acute care setting, providing clinical pharmacy services and supporting safe, effective medication therapy for hospitalized patients. Responsibilities Verify and review medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness. Supervise and support pharmacy technicians. Consult with physicians and other healthcare providers on medication therapy. Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and therapeutic drug monitoring. Prepare and verify oncology and chemotherapy medications in accordance with hospital protocols. Monitor patients for drug interactions, adverse effects, and medication safety. Document pharmacy interventions and maintain accurate patient records. Utilize EPIC and Pyxis to support medication management and dispensing. Work Hours Full-time contract ASAP start 13+ week assignment Variable day and afternoon shifts Experience Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license required. Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required. EPIC experience is required. Experience with oncology and chemotherapy medications is required. Experience with pharmacokinetics and clinical dosing preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Education Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
