Reporting directly to the Director of Pharmacy and partnering closely with ICU medical leadership, the Pediatric Critical Care Pharmacy Supervisor will oversee clinical operations for

PICU/NICU/CVICU
coverage, mentor pharmacists and technicians, optimize formulary and antimicrobial stewardship, drive USP <797>/<800> compliance, champion medication safety and code response, and advance quality metrics through evidence-based protocols; supported by friendly nurses, respiratory therapists, dietitians, case management, and a diverse healthcare professional team, a Critical Care Pharmacy Supervisor will thrive in a collaborative environment with clear resources, interdisciplinary rounding, optimized EHR workflows, and pharmacist-led initiatives that improve throughput, reduce HAIs, and elevate pediatric outcomes.
