Travel Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Durango, Colorado. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with sterile compounding and hospital pharmacy operations . Responsibilities Dispense medications accurately and safely according to physician orders. Perform medication reviews and ensure appropriate dosing and administration. Prepare sterile compounds following established safety and quality standards. Support daily hospital pharmacy operations. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Monitor medication therapy and identify potential drug interactions or concerns. Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation. Follow hospital policies, medication safety standards, and infection-control procedures. Required Certification BLS

•AHA Must-Have Experience Sterile compounding experience

Hospital pharmacy operations experience

Strong knowledge of medication safety and pharmacy procedures. Ability to work independently in a hospital environment.
