Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist - IV Certified Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Infusion Pharmacist to support outpatient and ambulatory care within a reputable healthcare system. This 13-week contract position offers a focused role dedicated to oncology and infusion patient care, handling medication orders and ensuring safety and accuracy in dispensing.

8:00 AM - 3:00PM Responsibilities:
Review and verify hazardous and non-hazardous medication orders for oncology and infusion patients Dispense medications accurately and ensure compliance with safety protocols Collaborate with clinical teams to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care Utilize Epic EMR system for order entry and documentationQualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid Colorado pharmacist license in good standing Minimum of 2 years infusion pharmacy experience; chemotherapy experience is a strong plus IV certification required Familiarity with hospital inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations Proficient in using Epic EMR system This role is ideal for pharmacists who want to apply their specialized infusion skills in a dynamic hospital outpatient setting.
