Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist - IV Certified Job Type Contract An infusion pharmacist role is available in Littleton, CO, supporting the outpatient/ambulatory division of a leading healthcare facility. This 13-week contract position begins on September 28th and offers an 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. shift, ideal for professionals with at least two years of infusion experience, preferably with chemotherapy expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, dispense, and verify hazardous and non-hazardous medications specifically for oncology and infusion patients. Utilize EMR systems, specifically EPIC, to ensure accuracy and patient safety.Qualifications:
Minimum of two years' experience in infusion pharmacy; chemotherapy experience is a strong plus. Active Colorado pharmacist license in good standing. Experience with hospital inpatient pharmacy and IV certification required. Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR), particularly EPIC.Location:
