St Vincents Medical Center (10427) Hartford HealthCare's Pharmacy System has grown to include 9 inpatient pharmacies, 9 cancer center infusion pharmacies, 3 retail pharmacies, and our Ambulatory Care pharmacy department supporting more than 50 medical office practices. Collaboration between our numerous pharmacy services and other members of the health care team is key to our commitment to continually improving how we provide patient care. We work hard to support our pharmacists in their efforts to optimize safe, effective, and efficient pharmaceutical care for all the people we serve. We provide our pharmacists with the tools they need to be at their best, including access to advanced resources and state-of-the-art pharmacy software. Pharmacists can advance their careers both within their positions via our career ladder as well as movement into specialized and leadership roles.We offer:

We also have an American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Pharmacy Residency program, an active Oncology infusion service, and a Retail/Specialty outpatient pharmacy. The Pharmacist assures the appropriate selection, dosing, administering, and dispensing of medication orders. Qualifications Education Requirements • PharmD Minimum Requirements • Current CT Pharmacist license or eligible within 45 days of hire. We take great care of careers.
