Home Infusion Pharmacist -
Boca Raton, FL Salary:
$125,000-$145,000 Our client is a leading provider of home infusion and specialty pharmacy services, delivering high-quality patient care through a multidisciplinary clinical approach. They are seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacist to join their Boca Raton team. What You'll Do- Review and assess home infusion therapy plans for appropriateness and patient safety
- Monitor laboratory results and provide dosing recommendations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, patients, and caregivers to optimize outcomes
- Provide patient education regarding medications and infusion therapies
- Ensure compliance with USP , regulatory requirements, and company standards
- Oversee pharmacy operations, compounding activities, and support staff
- Participate in on-call responsibilities and patient care conferences What You Bring
- Active Florida Pharmacist license
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred
- 2+ years of acute care experience or 1+ year of home infusion experience
- Strong knowledge of IV therapy and infusion pharmacy practices
