Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire A growing specialty compounding pharmacy located in DeBary, FL is seeking a part-time Pharmacist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This opportunity offers an ongoing assignment with an immediate start to support their expanding business, which specializes in Weight Loss and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy.
Schedule:
1-2 days per week 8-hour shifts Pharmacy hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 6
PM Responsibilities:
Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding and verification according to pharmacy protocols Maintain strict adherence to USP 795, 797, and 800 standards Demonstrate strong attention to detail during all compounding and dispensing activities Communicate effectively and collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure accuracy and quality Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and a proactive attitude Manage multiple tasks efficiently while supporting pharmacy growth initiatives Show willingness to learn and adapt to new pharmacy procedures and technologies
Qualifications:
Active and clear Florida pharmacist license is required Previous compounding experience essential Solid understanding of USP 795, 797, and 800 regulations Experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy is highly preferred Open to motivated and eager new graduates looking to expand their compounding skills This role presents an excellent chance to contribute to a specialized pharmacy environment with a focus on personalized patient care through compounding.
