$55- 65/hour, based on experience
Job Type:
Full-Time or Part-Time A Plus Pharmacy is looking for a dependable, patient-focused Licensed Pharmacist to join our growing independent pharmacy team. Responsibilities Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions accurately Counsel patients on medications and proper use Ensure compliance with Florida Board of Pharmacy requirements Supervise and support pharmacy technicians Maintain strong medication safety and quality standards Communicate with physicians, patients, and healthcare partners Help improve pharmacy workflow and patient experience Support the continued growth of the pharmacy and its services Qualifications Active and unrestricted Florida Pharmacist License PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Excellent communication and customer-service skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Retail or independent pharmacy experience preferred What We Offer $55- 65/hour, based on experience Full-time or part-time scheduling available Professional and friendly work environment Opportunity to grow with an expanding independent pharmacy Ability to play an important role in patient care and pharmacy operations We are looking for someone who wants to be more than simply a dispensing pharmacist — someone who takes ownership of patient care, service quality, and the success of the pharmacy.
