Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem Join a dynamic pharmacy team providing essential prescription services in a per diem capacity in Jupiter, FL. This opportunity allows you to apply your expertise in prescription verification to ensure patient safety and medication accuracy during a concentrated assignment with potential for additional per diem shifts.
Location:
Jupiter, FL Schedule:
May 15th-17th, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Additional per diem dates to be scheduled
Key Responsibilities:
Perform initial (PV1) and final (PV2) verification of both compounded and commercial prescriptions. Ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance in prescription fulfillment processes. Collaborate with pharmacy staff to resolve any discrepancies or concerns related to prescriptions. Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and quality standards in all verification activities.
Qualifications:
Licensure as a Pharmacist in the state of Florida. Proven experience in prescription verification within a pharmacy setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Ability to work independently with good communication skills.
