ASAP Position Overview RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacist for a travel opportunity in Florida. This role combines sterile compounding, clinical pharmacy services, regulatory compliance, and team leadership in a fast-paced infusion pharmacy environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking to expand their sterile compounding experience while enjoying a consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule and the potential for permanent placement. Key Responsibilities Interpret, verify, and process physician medication orders Perform and oversee sterile compounding in compliance with USP <797> and USP <800> Conduct final verification of compounded sterile preparations Review medication profiles for allergies, interactions, dosing, compatibility, and overall safety Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff Maintain cleanroom, aseptic technique, and environmental monitoring standards Participate in quality assurance, medication safety, audits, and process improvement initiatives Maintain accurate compounding, batch, quality, and regulatory documentation Assist with inventory management, controlled substances, and daily pharmacy operations Qualifications Active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing required Minimum 1 year of hazardous and non-hazardous sterile compounding experience Experience working in compliance with USP <797>, USP <800>, DEA, OSHA, and Board of Pharmacy regulations Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and leadership skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to medication safety Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced infusion pharmacy environment Why Consider This Opportunity?
