The clinical pharmacist forPICU/PEDS
will be a unit-based pharmacist that will verify the orders and provide clinical services for the area(s) for which they are assigned. They will be a drug information resource for the nurses, physicians, patients, and families. The clinical pharmacist will be expected to fulfill staff pharmacist responsibilities as needed.Hours:
Mon - Fri, 7:30 am - 4 pm. Every 4 th weekendMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:
Doctor of Pharmacy Degree Experience:
PGY-1 or PGY-2 in pediatric or equivalent experience with board certification in pediatric. License Current registered pharmacist license in the State of Florida Certification Pharmacy license; BLS within 30 days of hire (ACLS and/or PALS if code attendance required); Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) or other specialty corresponding with practice area. #LI-TK1 Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
