This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with
USP , USP
, and all applicable state and federal regulations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily sterile compounding operations in compliance with USP and Maintain proper aseptic technique and cleanroom standards Supervise and train pharmacy technicians and staff Perform and document compounding procedures and quality checks Review and approve materials prior to compounding Monitor cleanroom workflow, environmental controls, and logs Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and internal SOPs Collaborate with pharmacy leadership on workflow and process improvements Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with pharmacy regulations Follow all PPE and hazardous drug handling protocols Qualifications Active Pharmacist license Experience in sterile compounding preferred Knowledge of USP and standards Strong understanding of pharmacy laws and regulations Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
