Minimum Requirements:

Active Florida Pharmacist license required. Hospital pharmacy experience required. Sterile compounding experience required, including IV workflow management (DoseEdge or similar). Experience with neonatal and pediatric IV preparation and pediatrics/NICU preferred (must have experience with neonatal/pediatric procedures). Experience with automated dispensing systems (Pyxis MedStation ES, Pyxis Anesthesia Station ES, BD Pyxis CII Safe) preferred. Familiarity with pharmacy documentation systems such as Meditech and Pharmacy Stars (Compounding 360) preferred. Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required for technician role references where applicable; pharmacists should be prepared to work with CPhT-staffed teams. Minimum 6 months of pharmacist experience preferred.

Days. Shift hours: Mixed shifts 6:00 AM - 9:30 PM. Schedule notes: Rotating weekends (every other weekend). Unit equipment: Pyxis MedStation ES, Pyxis Anesthesia Station ES, BD Pyxis CII Safe, PakEdge, DoseEdge (IV Workflow Management), RxMS Scanner, iMobile, Codonics. Documentation systems used: Meditech, Pharmacy Stars (Compounding 360), DoseEdge. Location Highlights Panama City, FL offers coastal recreation and regional access suitable for an active lifestyle. Panama City Beach is within a 20-30 minute drive and provides 27 miles of Gulf shoreline and white-sand beaches. The city is approximately 1 hour from St. Andrews State Park, which features bay and Gulf shorelines, hiking trails, and snorkeling opportunities. The area includes marina access and boating on St. Andrews Bay, with Panama City Marina and nearby boat launches providing waterfront access within the city. For outdoor adventure, hiking and camping options exist within 1-2 hours driving distance to Blackwater River State Forest and Deer Lake State Park. The downtown area provides dining and cultural options, including local seafood restaurants and the Panama City Center for the Arts within short commute times.
