Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract Join a respected Indian Health Clinic as a PRN Pharmacist dedicated to delivering comprehensive pharmacy services that support patient health and safety. Reporting directly to the Chief Health Officer, this role is essential in maintaining the highest standards in medication management and patient care within a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy, safety, and proper dosing Prepare and dispense medications following regulatory and quality guidelines Verify correct filling of MedBoxes to support patient adherence Provide patient counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions Collaborate with healthcare providers, including physicians and nurses, to optimize treatment plans Perform medication reconciliation for complete and accurate medication histories Manage therapy for patients with chronic health conditions Monitor for drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications to prevent adverse events Supervise pharmacy technicians in prescription filling, inventory management, and workflow completion Maintain thorough patient records and documentation Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
Desired Experience:
