Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem Join a dynamic pharmacy team as a Per Diem Pharmacist with opportunities starting May 15th through 17th, with additional per diem dates available. This role is based in Jupiter, FL, and is ideal for pharmacists seeking flexible, short-term assignments with the chance for ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Prescription Verification (PV1 and PV2) for compounded and commercial prescriptions. Perform both initial and final accuracy and safety checks prior to prescription fulfillment. Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain high-quality service and patient safety.
Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Florida. Proven experience with prescription verification, including compounded medications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a pharmacy team. Excellent communication skills.
Schedule:
Per Diem position with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on assigned dates. Flexibility to work additional per diem dates as they become available.
