Part-Time Pharmacist

Job Description:

St. Cloud Pharmacy and Wellness Center is seeking a Part-Time Pharmacist to join our team in St. Cloud, Florida. This position is ideal for a pharmacist who enjoys working in a low-volume, patient-focused retail pharmacy environment. Our pharmacy emphasizes personalized care, strong patient relationships, and a supportive work setting. The pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, ensuring regulatory compliance, counseling patients, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.

Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense prescription medications Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions Verify prescriptions for accuracy and compliance with Florida and federal regulations Communicate with physicians and healthcare providers regarding prescriptions and therapy recommendations Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff as needed Ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory of medications

Qualifications:

Active Pharmacist License in the State of Florida (Required) Experience in retail pharmacy or clinic pharmacy preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently in a community pharmacy setting

Pay:

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
