Monitor patient responses to medications, adjusting therapy as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain comprehensive documentation of medication administration, patient interactions, and clinical notes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with healthcare teams on complex cases involving trauma, emergency room patients, or patients requiring acute pain management. Stay current with advancements in pharmacology by participating in ongoing education and pharmacy residency programs. Support hospital initiatives related to managed care programs and specialty pharmacy services for diverse patient populations. Qualifications Valid pharmacist license with active registration in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pharmacokinetics essential for effective patient assessment and medication management. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and educating patients about their medications. Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations requiring quick decision-making and precise execution of pharmacy duties.
