Oncology Pharmacy Clinical Specialist West Palm Beach, FL | Full-Time | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Varied Shifts $118,907.47 - $154,579.71 per year A leading healthcare organization in South Florida is seeking an experienced Oncology Pharmacy Clinical Specialist to join its pharmacy team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on optimizing medication therapy and improving outcomes for oncology patients. Position Highlights $5,000 sign-on bonus Full-time position Varied shifts Approximately 80% outpatient / 20% inpatient Focus on hematology and thoracic oncology Infusion pharmacy experience Opportunity to optimize patient care plans Order verification responsibilities Responsibilities Provide clinical pharmacy services to oncology patients. Optimize medication therapy and patient care plans. Support hematology and thoracic oncology services. Participate in inpatient and outpatient oncology care. Provide infusion-related pharmacy services. Perform medication order verification. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Provide education and medication-related recommendations. Support quality improvement and medication safety initiatives. Qualifications PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree. Appropriate Florida pharmacist licensure. Clinical pharmacy experience preferred. Oncology pharmacy experience strongly preferred. Cerner experience preferred but not required. Epic experience is a plus. Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills.
