This role requires a strong commitment to patient safety, effective medication management, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in pharmacy practices and patient assessment, along with exceptional leadership skills. Responsibilities Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Oversee medication dispensing processes to guarantee accuracy and safety. Conduct patient assessments and provide counseling on medication therapies. Implement and monitor utilization review processes to optimize patient outcomes. Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices within a pharmacy context. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. A valid pharmacist license is required, along with any additional certifications relevant to the role.
