The ideal candidate will provide exceptional pharmaceutical care, ensure safe and effective medication use, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently in accordance with physician orders and pharmacy regulations. Counsel patients regarding medication usage, dosage instructions, side effects, and potential drug interactions. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy. Maintain accurate prescription records and patient profiles while ensuring regulatory compliance. Conduct health screenings and administer immunizations as appropriate. Participate in community health and wellness programs. Monitor medication safety and support quality assurance initiatives. Stay current with new medications, therapies, and pharmaceutical advancements. Provide medication education and support to patients and pharmacy staff.
