Job Summary We are seeking a highly qualified Registered Pharmacist to join our healthcare team, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe, effective, and compliant dispensing of medications. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive clinical pharmacy experience, including acute care, pediatrics, and long-term care settings. This role involves managing pharmacy operations, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and providing expert medication management while adhering to all regulatory standards. The Registered Pharmacist will play a vital role in optimizing patient outcomes through precise medication therapy and exemplary customer service. Duties Dispense prescriptions accurately in accordance with state and federal pharmacy laws, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapies, including medication reconciliation and review. Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory control, medication compounding, and maintaining proper storage conditions. Provide clinical consultations to healthcare providers and patients regarding drug interactions, side effects, and therapeutic alternatives. Administer immunizations and oversee medication administration protocols within the scope of practice. Ensure pharmaceutical regulatory compliance by adhering to USP 797 standards for sterile compounding and maintaining documentation for audits. Utilize Pharmacy Information Systems (PIS), Electronic Health Record (EHR), and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for accurate record keeping.Requirements:
