Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A leadership role is available for a seasoned professional to manage a Home Infusion Pharmacy in the Greater Atlanta area focusing on operational excellence and clinical quality. The position requires a dynamic individual with a strong commitment to training and cultivating a positive culture for sustainable success. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some schedule flexibility needed, including administrative on-call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management Lead, recruit, train, and evaluate pharmacists and technicians, managing team performance and on-call scheduling Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including State Board of Pharmacy laws and USP compounding guidelines Maintain clinical expertise in infusion therapies, collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care Participate in branch budgeting, workflow improvements, and business strategy initiatives
Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Georgia Minimum of 5 years' clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care settings Comprehensive knowledge of IV admixture services, regulatory compliance, and proven leadership skills Experience with CPR+ or CareTend systems is highly preferred This role offers the chance to lead a skilled team dedicated to safe, effective home-based intravenous therapies.
