• Minimum Required Qualifications + Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed + Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List + Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA) + No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances +

00 - $76.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
