Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem Provide outpatient pharmacy support as a Staff Pharmacist on a per diem basis from June 12 through July 31, with a focus on PRN coverage.
Location:
Fort Dodge, IA Schedule:
Per diem hours, flexible within the assignment period
Responsibilities:
Verify low volume prescriptions, approximately 40 prescriptions per day Conduct patient counseling to ensure understanding of medication use Perform typical outpatient pharmacy duties, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Qualifications:
Active Iowa Pharmacist License Experience in retail or outpatient pharmacy settings
Compensation:
Pay range of $65 to $67 per hour This role offers the opportunity to provide essential outpatient pharmacy services in a dynamic environment during the summer period.
