        • (unit secretaries and tech availability) : no CNA's, one tele
        • Type of equipment : Aleris pumps, GE monitors, Edwards EV 1000 and CCO, primaflex CRRT, cardiohelp ECMO
        • Documentation system: Meditech
        • Scheduling requirements: 3 12 hour shift a week, everyone other weekend.
        • Floating policy: Travelers float first
        • ED, step down
        On Call Expectations:
        Only when census drops, otherwise no call
          Weekend Requirement:
          Every other
          • Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics
          Certifications:
          ACLS, BLS
          required.
          TNCC, NIH, ABLS
          all welcome.
          Hiring profile Must have:
          Advanced skills needed: Vent management, ABG interpretation, vasoactive drip titration, hemodynamic monitoring Procedures performed on unit: Intubations, central line placement, bronchs, bedside trach and peg tube placement.
          Certifications Required:
          RN LICENSE, ACLS, BLS
          Dress Code:
          (Required uniform)
          • Navy blue scrubs Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment:
          • 29 bed general ICU in a level 2 trauma center.
          Heart program with about 200 cases per year. CRRT, Impella, IABP, ECMO. Burn center opened April 2019. Average years of experience in ICU staff is 12. Show less
