Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire A permanent retail pharmacist opportunity is available at a Sterling, IL location, offering a structured Monday through Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care through accurate medication management and professional consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, prepare, and dispense medications in compliance with professional standards and legal requirements. Verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy and safety. Perform medication reconciliation to support continuity of care during patient discharge processes. Qualifications:
Valid Illinois Pharmacist license. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacist. Proven ability to work effectively in a retail pharmacy setting.
