Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract This opportunity is ideal for experienced pharmacists looking to apply their clinical expertise in an inpatient hospital setting. Working as a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in managing and dispensing medications accurately, supporting patient care, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize treatment outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
Accurately dispensing and verifying medications for hospitalized patients. Monitoring patient medication therapies for safety and efficacy. Collaborating with medical staff to provide drug information and resolve medication-related issues. Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. Maintaining accurate documentation and inventory of pharmaceuticals.
Desired Experience:
Licensed Pharmacist with a valid pharmacy license. Proven experience in hospital inpatient pharmacy operations. Strong knowledge of medications, dosing protocols, and hospital formularies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
