$5,000 Sign-on Bonus Reports to the Pharmacy Manager and assists in the development and maintenance of pharmacy services that promote and provide pharmaceutical care. Primary Responsibilities The Critical Care and/or Emergency Medicine Pharmacist will: Deliver direct, evidence-based medication management for critically ill and emergent patients. Actively participate in rapid response events, stroke alerts, code blues, trauma activations, interdisciplinary rounds, and bedside procedures. Optimize medication therapy through real-time clinical decision-making. Lead and support initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and clinical outcomes. Serve as a trusted clinical resource for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Contribute to antimicrobial stewardship and adherence to clinical protocols. Engage in teaching, precepting, and multidisciplinary education. Qualifications Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency; PGY2 in Critical Care or Emergency Medicine strongly preferred, or equivalent clinical experience. Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills. A commitment to service, innovation, and continuous improvement. Education and Experience The knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated below are normally acquired through the successful completion of a bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a Pharm D degree from an accredited school of pharmacy or successful completion of the foreign pharmacy equivalency exam and licensure as a registered pharmacist or eligible for licensure in the State of Indiana.
