Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist to support a healthcare facility in Indiana for an 8 to 13-week contract assignment. This role is ideal for professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care in a collaborative environment.

Assignment Duration:
8 to 13 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense prescription medications and counsel patients on proper drug usage Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal drug therapy outcomes Monitor patient health and progress to identify potential medication-related issues Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and organizational pharmacy regulations Manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary medications Provide patient education and answer medication-related questions Uphold safety protocols to prevent medication errors
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid pharmacist license in the state of Indiana or eligible for licensure Proven experience as a Staff Pharmacist in a retail, hospital, or clinical setting Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, drug interactions, and therapeutic protocols Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient care Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities This contract offers the chance to apply your expertise in a meaningful way while experiencing the local community.
