A Retail Pharmacist provides medications to patients and educates patients on the proper use of medications. Works in the pharmacy department of a retail store. Dispenses prescription and non-prescription medications. Manages prescription records and the pharmacy patient database. May consult with healthcare facilities or insurance companies to develop efficient methods of prescription.

Responsibilities:
Provides clinical consultations to patients as well as recommendations to nurses, physicians, and other hospice personnel Evaluates medication profiles, compliance, and modifications to achieve desired therapeutic outcomes Answers customer questions and resolves customer issues in a timely manner Retrieves data in the pharmacy system Manages medication orders Ensures proper storage and security conditions for medications Maintains a productive, orderly, and error-free work environment
Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy Degree or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy Degree Current and good standing Pharmacist License Strong communication skills, customer service, and problem-solving skills About our
