Perm - Pharmacist - Inpatient

Clinical Pharmacist - Emergency Medicine We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist to join a growing healthcare team in a fast-paced Level III Trauma Center emergency department supporting more than 36,000 annual ED visits. This is a fully on-site opportunity with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct pharmaceutical care, including medication selection, dosing, monitoring, and patient education Participate in emergency response activities, including trauma, stroke alerts, and code blue events Lead and support ED-specific medication protocols and quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes in urgent and emergent care settings Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents Participate in hospital and medical staff committees focused on patient safety and clinical excellence

Compensation & Benefits:
