Job Description
Overview We are seeking a seasoned Long Term Care & Hospital Liaison to serve as a vital bridge between healthcare providers, medical facilities, and patients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with a strong understanding of long term care, skilled nursing operations, and customer service. As a Long Term Care & Hospital Liaison, you will play a key role in fostering relationships and ensuring seamless transition for new admissions. Duties Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, physicians, and healthcare professionals to promote our communities. Manage existing relationships by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for product expansion or upgrades. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the specific needs of potential residents. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Skills Proven experience with building census for long term care facilities Excellent communication skills are required Hospital connections in the Kansas City and Topeka area a plus Strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts, meetings, and tracking sales activities using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel.
