This opportunity is designed for a pharmacy professional skilled in mail order operations and patient care, offering a contract-to-hire position based in Newport, KY. Schedule:
Monday - Friday 11:00am - 7:00pmKey Responsibilities:
Verify orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with pharmacy standards. Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients, including the processing and dispensing of prescriptions. Counsel patients on health care and medication management. Maintain confidentiality of patient records and pharmacy information. Oversee controlled substances management and complete necessary documentation in accordance with legal regulations.Qualifications:
Active and clear Kentucky Pharmacist license. Recent experience practicing as a pharmacist, demonstrating competency in mail order pharmacy services and patient-focused pharmaceutical care.
