Full-time What We Offer $20,000 Sign-On Bonus Relocation Assistance Competitive Pay PTO Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Simple IRA Retirement Plan 20% Employee Discount on OTC Products Ongoing Training & Professional Development Minimum Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution Active Pharmacist license in the United States Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and pharmacy law Excellent communication and patient counseling skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in compounding pharmacy Clinical or hospital pharmacy experience Familiarity with EHR and pharmacy management systems Board certification (BCPS, BCGP, etc.) BLS or ACLS certification Key Responsibilities Accurately dispense prescription medications Review and interpret prescriptions for accuracy and safety Counsel patients on medication use and side effects Monitor for drug interactions and contraindications Collaborate with healthcare providers on patient care plans Manage medication inventory and documentation Support emergency medication needs when required Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Positive, patient-focused attitude
