Primarily Night Shift:
9:00 PM
  • 7:00
AM Occasional Evening Shift:
3:00 PM
  • 1:00 AM Every Other Weekend & Holiday Required Includes a 30-minute unpaid break
Compensation:
Local Pay:
$3,000/week
Travel Pay:
$3,600/week

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pharmacist to support medication management and pharmaceutical care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
Responsibilities:
Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately and safely Monitor medication therapy and evaluate patient responses Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams regarding medication management Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, policies, and safety standards Provide drug information and pharmaceutical guidance to healthcare staff and patients Maintain accurate medication records and documentation Monitor for potential drug interactions, contraindications, and medication errors Support inventory management and medication storage procedures Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent Pharmacist experience required Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License required Graduate of an Accredited Pharmacy Program required Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, medication safety, and clinical pharmacy standards Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare setting
