Manage and dispense medications for inpatient populations Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy Review and validate medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness Monitor patient progress and medication efficacy Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid Massachusetts Pharmacist License required Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system is ideal Candidates should be able to integrate quickly into the hospital environment, demonstrating strong clinical knowledge and communication skills to support patient care effectively.
