Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire Join a dedicated healthcare team as an Evening Shift Pharmacist in a closed-door long-term care (LTC) facility located in Foxborough, Massachusetts. This is a direct hire opportunity, and the position is available immediately. This role involves managing a high-volume workload of approximately 600 prescriptions per day, utilizing the Frameworks software system (training provided for those unfamiliar). The ideal candidate will be reliable, efficient, and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and final medication reviews and checks through the Frameworks system Oversee pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations Dispense medications accurately and promptly Work scheduled hours: Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am, with rotating weekend shifts
Qualifications:
Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license Pharmacy experience preferred but open to new graduates eager to learn Ability to perform efficiently under high-volume conditions Strong organizational and supervisory skills to manage technician workflow This position offers the opportunity to enhance your skills in a supportive LTC setting, with the convenience of a consistent evening schedule and the backing of a team committed to quality medication management.
