  • 2:30pm, 7:00am
  • 3:30pm, 9:00am
  • 5:30pm, 2:30pm
  • 11:00pm, 3:30pm
  • 12:00am, 9:00pm
  • 7:00am with every third weekend, holiday rotation per department needs

Requirements Under direction of the Director of Pharmacy Services or Designee, perform a variety of professional services and responsibilities related to the clinical review of patient drug therapy, knowledgeable of computer applications, pertinent state and federal law/regulations and provide immediate direction and supervision of assigned personnel. Qualifications A minimum of a five year Bachelor of Science Degree Program in Pharmacy is required. Must be a Registered Pharmacist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy. Over one year related experience preferred. Consideration given to new graduates. Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the

COVID 19

virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation:

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
