Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire An evening shift pharmacist role is available at a closed-door long-term care facility in Foxborough, Massachusetts. This direct hire position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a high prescription volume of approximately 600 Rx per day. The facility uses the Frameworks software system and is willing to provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial and final medication reviews and checks using the Frameworks system Oversee pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency Dispense medications accurately and promptly Maintain compliance with pharmacy protocols and standards during the evening shift

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM Rotating weekends are required

Qualifications:

Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license Pharmacy experience preferred but new graduates who are quick learners and adaptable to a high-volume environment are encouraged to apply Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure This position is ideal for pharmacists who are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting.
