JOB DUTIES
Perform final product verification of prescription medications prior to shipment or dispensing. Verify correct drug, strength, dosage form, quantity, labeling, packaging, and patient information. Ensure prescription fulfillment complies with state and federal pharmacy regulations. Review patient profiles for appropriateness, allergies, duplicate therapy, and potential drug interactions as required. Resolve verification discrepancies Maintain accuracy and productivity standards within established turnaround times. Report medication errors, near misses, and operational concerns according to company procedures. Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and operations teams to optimize workflow. Requires a RPh license. Skills Recent grad. Doesn't need any specific experience. Proficient at basic pharmacist knowledge. 3Non-Negotiable Skills:
