Available schedules are Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm or 10:00am-6:30pm, with rotating weekends required. Responsibilities include medication order verification, reviewing patient profiles for accuracy and safety, collaborating with pharmacy staff and healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and supporting efficient pharmacy operations in a fast-paced long term care environment. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, dependable, team-focused, and committed to providing high-quality patient care. Prior long term care experience is preferred but not required. Compensation ranges from $59-$62/hour, along with a full benefits package.
