Job Description:
- This position demonstrates consistent application of knowledge and skills to deliver appropriate, safe, efficient and cost-effective pharmaceutical care within the scope of their assigned practice. This position is responsible for the care of patients as well as the development of effective, professional relationships within the multidisciplinary team.
- Join our Intermountain Health Ambulatory Oncology Team
- as a clinical pharmacist practicing under a collaborative practice agreement, delivering compassionate, evidence-based, high-quality, patient-centered care to oncology patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Shift Details:
- Monday - Friday, day shift with expected work hours based on patient care and clinic hours (MT/MST). no weekends or holidays.

Location:
- This position includes a hybrid model of virtual and in person patient care for applicants residing in Billings, Bozeman, or Butte. Applicants outside of these areas will be considered; however, we are currently not considering candidates who reside or plan to reside in the following states: California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington.

- Essential Functions
- + Reviews patients' medication order for allergy interactions, duplication of therapy, appropriateness of drug therapy, and drug- drug interaction.

- + Pharmacy + Pharmacy Services + Medication Management + Pharmaceutical Care + Project Management + Quality Improvement + Problem Solving + Federal Pharmacy Laws + State Pharmacy Laws
- Qualifications
- Minimum + Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution (education verified). + License to practice pharmacy in the state of practice and dispense controlled substances.
- _Montana pharmacist license is required._
- + Current knowledge of state and federal regulations and statutes regarding the practice of pharmacy in the state of practice.
- Physical Requirements
- + Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs.
